The Millenium Millennium Hall (Addis Park) is one of renowned venue centrally located within the heart of Addis Ababa city in Ethiopia.

The 27th IAOM-MEA Expo will be conducted in Millennium Hall (MH) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Millennium Hall, property of Addis Park Management is one of the most desirable trade fair venues in northeast Africa. Due to the successful turnout of Millennium Hall events, it has emerged out to be one of the best venues for conducting regional and international exhibitions/trade fairs, conferences, seminars, private functions & events etc in Addis Ababa. The Millennium Hall is very close and easily accessible from the Addis Ababa Int’l Airport. The MH sprawls across 87,000 sqm of landscape with an indoor space of 19,000sqm offering huge expo hall stretched up to 5000sqm, 4 conference rooms, parking facilities, round the clock security and much more.

The Expo comprises of 128 expo booths (3x3=9sqm) exhibited by multinational companies from the flour milling and feed manufacturing industries, allied traders, grain millers, milling machine manufacturers etc. from various parts of the world. The advantages of accessing Lunch hall thorough Expo hall would ensure maximum footfall of participants onto the Expo Hall. And further serving Coffee/Lunch break within the Expo Hall would truly enhance interaction between exhibitors and top professionals in the flour and feed milling industries.

The expo floor plan is available online for selection of your desired expo booth which is subject to availability upon your request. We request all our valued exhibitors to register as early as possible to secure prime location and to avoid disappointments. We will be very pleased to welcome our traditional and new exhibitors, as well as to strengthen contacts and relationships to our valuable industry partners from the Middle East and especially from the African Region.

Exhibitors should submit Expo Registration Form for booking their expo booth and kindly ensure all participants (exhibitor/guest/spouse) are registered online to collect their badge on site from 23rd to 25th October 2016. The completed expo registration form should be emailed to expo@iaom-mea.com as stated in the Registration Form. A final confirmation of your registration will be sent to you subject to receipt of your full payment.

The cost per square meter is US$ 450/- for shell scheme stand i.e. US$ 4050/- for a shell scheme stand of 9m2, which will be inclusive of 2 (Two) Complimentary entries and 1 (One) complimentary entry for each additional stand of 9m2. The complimentary entry is strictly non transferable and valid only for the employees of the registered company/exhibitor. Additional person from the same exhibiting company will have to be registered as per the listed conference fee. If you do not wish to attend the Conference, the stand fee remains the same.

Registered Exhibitors (maximum of two persons only per company per stand for the first booth) regardless of IAOM member or Non-member will be entitled for Conference benefits as specified in the Conference registration menu. Joint companies will be considered as one company.

Important Note:

• Exhibitor Manual will be send to you only after receipt of your Expo Registration Form and full payment.
• Exhibitors should fill the Expo Registration Form available to download in our website for booking their expo space/booth. It is mandatory that each exhibitor/participant MUST register online to get their exhibitor/guest/spouse badges.
• The furnished expo form should be emailed to expo@iaom-mea.com as reads in the Expo Registration Form.
• Companies sharing minimum exhibit area of 9m2 forbidden. Officially registered company will be considered and listed under exhibitors list.
• Subletting of expo stand/sharing of hired stand with other company(s) without the knowledge/approval of IAOM-MEA is forbidden.
• Additional furniture and Fascia/Logo lettering other than shell schemes is chargeable.
• Payment for additional furniture should be settled directly to the supplier either by TT in advance or Cash against Delivery (CAD) on 24th October 2016.
• Furnished Expo Manual should be submitted to the organizers before 31st August 2016.

 Payment Terms:

• IAOM-MEA accepts payment for Expo only by Bank Transfer (TT).
  Kindly note; Onsite Payment (In Ethiopia) by Credit Card NOT AVAILABLE

• Please remit your full payment by TT as per the BANK DETAILS in the registration form and e-mail us your TT copy for expo booth confirmation. All Bank Transfer must include US$ 40 as sender’s Bank Charge from both sides. Since there won’t be credit card payment facility onsite, we request you to ensure remitting the full amount by adding the bank charges both ends. Payment discrepancies (if any) will be collected only in Cash (USD/Euro).

• IAOM MEA reserves the right to release the booking of your confirmed expo stand if we fail to receive your full payment within 7 days from the date of invoice.
