Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be advised in written at least 24 hours prior to arrival on regular dates and at least 72 hours prior during exhibition dates.

• A cancellation fee equivalent to one night of the confirmed room rate will be applicable for cancellations received less than the required notice period mentioned.

• Cancellations and amendments should be documented by official (email or fax). Hotel will advise the cancellation number to confirm all requests.

• Charge equivalent to one night of the confirmed room rate will be applicable in cases of No Show or cancellation on the same day of arrival.
