The 29th IAOM-MEA Expo will be conducted in the Hall of Africa boasts the biggest pillar-less exhibition hall "Hall of Africa" in the Nairobi city. In addition we have transformed the car park area with natural air ventilation at the ground level of Mövenpick hotel as Expo Venue to achieve maximum number of expo booths as 90. The Expo booth numbers starting from 1 to 48 will be fully carpeted and airconditioned within "Hall of Africa" and Expo booth numbers starting from 49 to 90 will be in the car park area exclusively for exhibiting heavy machineries.
The services at Mövenpick hotel are splendid and logistically much convenient to access the car park area of Mövenpick hotel than the Hall of Africa. The entire Expo area (Hall of Africa & Car Park area) are dedicated for Coffee Breaks/Catering. It promotes the spirit of fellowship and cooperation among its members and advances their interest in the industry activities.
The Expo comprises of 3x3=9sqm x 90 expo booths exhibited by multinational companies from the flour milling and feed manufacturing industries, allied traders, grain millers, milling machine manufacturers etc from various parts of the world. The advantages of accessing expo hall thorough the main entrance of the hotel and its car park would ensure maximum footfall of participants onto the expo area. And further serving Coffee/Lunch breaks within the Expo Hall would truly enhance interaction between exhibitors and top professionals in the flour and feed milling industries
The expo floor plan is available online for selection of your desired expo booth which is subject to availability upon your request. Since we have very limited number of booths this year in Kenya, request for multiple booths will be restricted. Hence we kindly request all our valued exhibitors to secure their booths by submitting expo stand/space booking form and register online as early as possible to avoid any disappointments. We will be very pleased to welcome our sponsors, traditional and new exhibitors, besides strengthening our contacts and relationships with our valuable industry partners especially from the Middle East and Sub Saharan African Region.
Exhibitors are kindly requested to email expo stand/space booking form to firstname.lastname@example.org (Click Here) and obtain the Voucher Code from the Expo Manager along with your expo stand confirmaiton enabling you to register online for your participant’s collection of exhibitor badge/s onsite.
The cost per square meter is US$ 450/- for shell scheme stand i.e. US$ 4050/- for a shell scheme stand of 9m2, which will be inclusive of 2 (Two) Complimentary entries and 1 (One) complimentary entry for multiple stand/space of 9m2. The complimentary entry is strictly non transferable and valid only for the employees of the registered company/exhibitor. Additional person from the same exhibiting company will have to be registered as per the listed conference fee. If you do not wish to attend the Conference, the stand fee remains the same.
Registered Exhibitors (maximum of two persons only per company per stand for the first booth) regardless of IAOM member or Non-member will be entitled for Conference benefits as specified in the Conference registration module. Joint companies will be considered as one company.
- Exhibitor Manual will be send to you only after receipt of expo stand/space booking form and full payment.
- Companies sharing minimum exhibit area of 9M2 not permitted. Officially registered company will be considered and listed under exhibitors list.
- Additional furniture and Fascia/Logo lettering other than shell schemes is chargeable.
- Payment for additional furniture should be settled directly to the supplier either by TT in advance, by credit card or CAD on 21st & 22nd October 2018.
- Furnished Expo Manual should be submitted to the organizers before 31st July 2018.
IAOM-MEA accepts payment for Expo only by Bank Transfer (TT) and the payments must be settled within 7 working days from the date of invoice. Your expo stand/space is guaranteed only after receipt of your full payment. Please email your (Swift/TT) copy to email@example.com in order to send you the Expo Manual and Final confirmation. All Bank Transfer payments must include US$ 40 as senders Bank Charges from both sides. Any less payment will be collected upon arrival. In order to confirm your expo participation please email us the expo stand/space booking form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly note that the payment for Expo by credit card will be subject to an additional bank charge of 3.5% (e.i. US$ 141.75) of total charge (US$ 4,050/-). Any on site payment by credit card will be subject to an additional bank charge of 3.5%.
- The full Expo payment MUST be settled within 7 working days from the date of our invoice to guarantee the confirmed Expo stand.
- IAOM MEA reserves the right to release the booking of your confirmed expo stand if we fail to receive your full payment within 7 days from the date of invoice.
