- Space allocation will be done on first come first serve basis and is subject to approval of IAOM MEA District.
- Final artwork should be sent to the IAOM MEA District’s office latest by 17th August 2018. You can e-mail it in PDF format to contact@iaom-mea.com. In order to include your advertisement in the catalogue, payment must be done in advance either by Bank Transfer (TT) or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Full payment must be received within 7 days from the date of the issued invoice to secure your space. All (TT) transactions must include bank charges of US$ 40 from both sides. Any abort payment will have to be paid prior to commencing the advertisement work or it will be collected upon arrival at the conference venue.
