CONFERENCE & EXPO CATALOGUE ADVERTISING

Maximize your company’s exposure by booking an advertising space in the official catalogue of the 24th Annual IAOM Mideast & Africa District Conference & Expo, which will be distributed to all the delegates during the event.

The catalogue will also be uploaded online in IAOM Mideast & Africa District’s website. Slots are limited, so make sure you book a space immediately.

General Terms & Conditions
1. All the above prices are NET in United States Dollar (USD) currency.
2. The prices indicated above may vary, subject to exchange rate at the time of booking.
3. Space allocation will be done on first come first serve basis and is subject to approval of IAOM MEA District.
4. Final artwork should be sent to the IAOM MEA District’s office latest by 1^st September 2013. You can e-mail it in PDF format to contact@iaom-mea.com. You can call tel: +968 2471 1755 or fax: +968 2471 1340 for further information.
5. In order to include your advertisement in the catalogue, payment must be done in advance either by Bank Transfer (TT) or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Full payment must be received within 7 days from the date of the issued invoice to secure your space. All (TT) transactions must include bank charges of US$ 40 from both sides. Any abort payment will have to be paid prior to commencing the advertisement work or it will be collected upon arrival at the conference venue.

4. Final artwork should be sent to contact@iaom-mea.com in a high resolution format according to the pixels requirement. You should provide the website address you want your advertisement to be linked to.
