The registration fees provide registrants’ entry into all conference sessions, expo, welcome reception, traders’ dinner, refreshments, lunches and conference documentation as made available by the speakers.

Registered Exhibitors (maximum of two complimentary persons only per company per stand, for each additional stand one complimentary person entry only), regardless of IAOM member or Non-member, will be entitled to conference benefits such as entry into all conference sessions, welcome reception, traders’ dinner, refreshments, lunches and conference documentation as made available by the speakers.
Joined companies will be considered as one company. Any additional person into the exhibition will be charged accordingly as per the applicable conference fees and subject to confirmation from the organizer.
Registered spouses will have access to the conference and expo venue and will be entitled to coffee breaks & lunches, and dinners.
Spouses are not entitled to Conference Kit (Bag and Stationeries) & Conference Gifts.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@iaom-mea.com. A US$ 100 non-refundable processing fee applies to cancellations postmarked before October 1, 2025, to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. Please allow two weeks to process refunds. Alternatively, a substitute delegate is accepted to attend in your place if you are unable to attend.
If the IAOM MEA cancels the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, IAOM MEA will refund the full cost of registration. However, IAOM MEA does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
