THE 35TH IAOM MEA EXHIBITION

The IAOM MEA Conference & Expo 2025 will take place from 1st to 4th December 2025 at the Jeddah Hilton, an iconic venue located in the heart of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Hilton offers a prime location within the city’s vibrant business district. The Expo will feature 116 booths, providing exhibitors with the opportunity to connect with industry professionals, showcase their products, and engage with key decision-makers from the milling, grain, and feed industries.

Exhibitors will have the chance to display their innovative products and services to a targeted audience of professionals from the flour milling, feed manufacturing, trade sectors, and other milling-related industries. The Expo will attract a diverse group of participants, including millers, suppliers, and equipment manufacturers, creating an ideal environment for networking and business development. Expo Layout

The exhibition will take place in the Hilton Hall at the Jeddah Hilton, with easy access to networking areas such as coffee breaks, the main conference hall and the foyer area. This strategic layout ensures maximum foot traffic through the expo, facilitating enhanced engagement with attendees.

A floor plan is available online for exhibitors to select their desired booth location, based on availability. Exhibitors are encouraged to register early to secure the best locations.

  • Standard Shell Scheme Booth (3m x 3m)
  • Cost: USD 500 per m²
  • For a 9m² booth: USD 4500
  • Shell Scheme Inclusions:
    • Walls: 2.5 meters high
    • Flooring: Dark Blue Carpet
    • Lighting: 3 x 100W spotlights
    • Power: 1 x 250W power socket
    • Furniture: 1 x Square Table, 2 x Conference Chairs, 1 x Dustbin
    • Fascia: Vinyl stickers (Excl. logos)

Exhibitor Registration

  • Exhibitors must complete the EXHIBITOR SPACE BOOKING FORM and submit it to expo@iaom-mea.com. Upon confirmation of your booking, a voucher code will be provided for online registration. 

    Please ensure full payment and form submission to guarantee booth reservation.

Complimentary Entries

  • Two complimentary exhibitor entries per company for the first 9m² booth.
  • One  additional complimentary registration for every extra 9 sqm booked

Complimentary entry is strictly non-transferable and only valid for registered company employees.

Important Dates

  • Exhibitor Registration Deadline: November 20th, 2025
  • Exhibitor Badge Collection: December 1st & 2nd, 2025, at the Jeddah Hilton
  • Expo Setup: December 1st, 2025

Expo Dismantling: December 04th, 2025

Payment Terms

  • Payment Method: Bank Transfer (TT) only
  • Deadline: Payment must be settled within 7 working days of the invoice date.
  • Payments not received within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  • Credit Card Payment: A 3.5% additional bank charge applies.

Important Notes

  • Companies must have a minimum of 9m² to be listed as exhibitors.
  • Exhibitors are prohibited from sharing booth space unless approved by IAOM MEA.
  • All booth setups and dismantling must adhere to the scheduled times.
  • Exhibitors must adhere to all rules and regulations outlined in the Exhibitor Manual. This includes guidelines for booth setup, safety protocols, and promotional restrictions.
