Expo Layout

The exhibition will take place in Halls 3 & 4 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), with seamless access to networking areas such as coffee break zones, the main conference hall, and the foyer area. This strategic layout ensures maximum foot traffic through the expo floor, facilitating enhanced, face-to-face engagement with attendees throughout the event.

The floor plan is available online for exhibitors to select their desired booth location, based on availability. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to register early to secure the best available high-traffic locations.

Important Note: A minimum of 9sqm is required to qualify as a listed exhibitor. Booth sharing or sub-leasing is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval from the IAOM MEA Committee has been obtained.

Submit Your Layout Requests
Fill out your company information, required dimensions, and booth preferences, then email the completed document directly to expo@iaom-mea.com.

Process Payment
Upon receiving your space allocation offer, process your payment via Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT). Bookings are only fully locked in once the transaction clears. (Any credit card payment, a 3.5% additional bank charge applies).

Receive Your Voucher Code
Once payment is confirmed, the team will issue a registration voucher code. Use this code on our online registration portal to activate your 2 complimentary exhibitor delegate badges.
Important Notes
  • Companies must book a minimum of 9m² to be officially listed and recognized as an exhibitor.
  • Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from sharing or sub-leasing booth space unless prior written approval has been issued by the IAOM MEA Committee.
  • All booth setups and dismantling procedures must adhere strictly to the scheduled times.
  • Exhibitors must follow all safety protocols, promotional restrictions, and venue regulations outlined in the Exhibitor Manual.
