How to Submit Your Abstract

Start Your Submission
Visit the official Call for Papers page and click the "Submit Abstract" button at the top of the page to begin the submission process.
Reminder: Make sure to start your submission before the deadline — 31 July 2026, 11:59 PM.

Log In or Create an Account
A login window will appear. If you already have an account, sign in with your email and password. If you're a new user, click "Need to create an account?" to register.
If logging in
- Enter your Email address and Password, then click Log In.
- Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot your password?" link to reset it.
If creating a new account
- Fill in: First Name, Last Name, Email address, Password, Confirm Password.
- Click Create to set up your account and continue.

Review the Key Deadlines
Before submitting, take a moment to review all the important dates for the Call for Papers process:
- Submission Deadline: 31 July 2026
- Speaker Announcement: 20 August 2026
- Presentation First Draft: 10 October 2026
- Final Presentation Submission: 09 November 2026

Step 1 of the Form — Enter the Author's Details
Fill out your personal and professional information accurately. This information will be used to identify you as the author of the submission.
Author Information
- First Name & Last Name
- Prefix (e.g., Mr., Ms., Dr.) — required
- Position & Company — required
- Email Address & Mobile / Phone — required
Profile & Biography
- Upload a Profile Image (Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, GIF)
- Write your Author's Biography (max. 1,500 characters)
- Write your Company Profile (max. 2,000 characters)
- Optional: Click "Add Co-Author" if any co-authors contributed to this submission.
When done, click Save & Continue to proceed to Step 2.

Step 2 of the Form — Enter Your Submission Details
Provide the details of your presentation and the abstract that will be reviewed by the IAOM MEA Education Committee.
Presentation Details
- Presentation Title
- Topic — select the relevant category from the dropdown.
Abstract
- Answer the key question: "Why is the proposed topic relevant and important to delegates attending the conference?"
- Maximum allowed: 2,500 characters.
- Upload File if needed (Accepted formats: JPG, PNG).
Click Save & Continue to move on to the final review step.

Step 3 of the Form — Review & Submit
Carefully review all the details you've entered — both Author Details and Submission Details. If anything needs editing, click "Return to Submission Form" to make changes.
Before submitting, you must accept the following:
- "I understand that final selection of papers is solely at the discretion of IAOM MEA Education Committee. The organizers reserve the right to delete, modify, or alter items from the program or to delete, modify, or alter any aspect of the conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice."
- "I understand that, if selected, I will be required to provide a PowerPoint presentation on the date which will be announced by IAOM MEA. With my consent I agree to have my presentation and video uploaded on the official IAOM MEA website and/or social media accounts."
Once both boxes are checked, click Submit to finalize your application. You will be able to track your submission status via the "My Submissions" page.
