Online Registration:

Registration invitation will be sent by e-mail to all delegates and by accepting the invitation, you will be automatically led to the online registration portal. Once you have completed the online registration, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.
 

Confirmation:

Confirmation will be sent via e-mail.
 

How do I make the payment?
 

Online Payment Only:

Registration to the conference can only be done through the online registration portal where you are required to pay by credit card (Visa/ Master card) in order to complete your registration.

For the Credit Card payment, currently it is possible only for Visa and MasterCard to be processed online. Once the payment is successful, an automatic generated Invoice will be sent to you by e-mail along with your registration confirmation
 

Discounts available:
 

• 10% off of your registration fee if you are a group of 3 – 5 Millers from the same company.
• 15% off of your registration fee if you are a group of 6 – 9 Millers from the same company.
• 20% off of your registration fee if you are a group of up to 10 Millers from the same company.

How do I book an expo stand and make the payment?

Registration can be made by filling out the Expo Registration Form which is available on the IAOM MEA download forms page. The Forms should be emailed to expo@iaom-mea.com

The payment for the Expo Registration can be done via bank transfer or by Credit card. Please note that credit card payment is only possible with Visa or Master card. Payments should reach IAOM MEA within 7 days after receiving the invoice as otherwise the registration will be considered as cancelled.

Please note once your expo stand is confirmed by IAOM MEA, you will be requested to register online to confirm your participation.
 

Can I distribute promotional items without having a stand?

Kindly note that promotional items cannot be distributed by any participants or exhibitors if you do not have an exhibition stand. Any violations to this policy will be taken in to action by the authorities.
 

How do I participate as a Speaker?

All participants can apply as Speakers at IAOM MEA Conference by submitting their paper via the the online submission portal. The same will be reviewed by the IAOM MEA Education Committee and the chosen presentations will be notified by e-mail as per the schedule mentioned on the form. Deadline for submission is on 16 May 2019.

How do I book the accommodation for the Conference?
 

Online Reservation:

The respective hotel's online reservation link or email to the hotel with a code which will take you automatically to your booking. The necessary booking information is found under HOTEL in our website and in the our online registration process.

Confirmation of the hotel booking will be sent by the hotel directly to the guest. Payment to the hotel are also manage directly between the hotel and the guest. IAOM MEA does not get involved in payments towards hotel bookings.
 

DISCLAIMER: Please note that all hotel bookings will be processed through online reservations ONLY via the hotel group reservation link and/or the hotel’s direct email contact with the group code. Refrain from providing your credit card details to any sources or third parties resulting in fraudulent activities. IAOM MEA will not be held responsible for any transactions done with third parties.
