THE 34TH<\/sup> IAOM MEA EXPO<\/strong><\/h4>

The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC)<\/strong> is centrally located within the business hub of Dubai amidst the city’s iconic landmarks.<\/p>

The Sheikh Rashid Hall<\/strong> is dedicated for The 34th IAOM MEA Conference, Expo, Coffee & Lunch Breaks.<\/p>

The Expo comprises almost 180 expo booths of 3 x 3 = 9m2 exhibited by multinational companies from the flour milling and feed manufacturing industries, allied traders, grain millers, milling machine manufacturers etc from various parts of the world. The advantages of accessing Conference hall through Expo hall would ensure maximum footfall of participants onto the Expo Hall.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The expo floor plan is available online for selection of your desired expo booth which is subject to availability upon your request. We request all our valued exhibitors to register as early as possible to secure prime locations of their desired expo stand. We will be very pleased to welcome our traditional and new exhibitors, to stay connected with the industry network and relationships to our valuable industry partners from the Middle East and African Region.<\/p>

Exhibitors are kindly requested to e-mail expo stand\/space booking form to expo@iaom-mea.com<\/strong> (available online for download)<\/em> and register online using the voucher code (attain upon confirmation of stand) for their participation and collection of exhibitor badges onsite.<\/p>

The cost per square meter is US$ 500 + 5% VAT for shell scheme stand i.e. US$ 4500 + 5% VAT for a shell scheme stand of 9m2<\/sup>, which will be inclusive of 2 (Two) Complimentary entries and 1 (One) complimentary entry for each additional stand of 9m2<\/sup>. The complimentary entry is strictly non transferable and valid only for the employees of the registered company\/exhibitor. Additional person from the same exhibiting company will have to be registered as per the listed conference fee. If you do not wish to attend the Conference, the stand fee remains the same.<\/p>

Registered Exhibitors (maximum of two persons only per company per stand for the first booth) regardless of IAOM member or Non-member will be entitled for Conference benefits as specified in the Conference registration module.   • Exhibitor Manual will be sent to you only after receipt of expo stand\/space booking form and full payment.<\/li>
  • Exhibitors \u201ccompany profile\u201d in conference Mobile Application will be subject to receipt of full payment within the due date of the invoice.<\/li>
  • Companies sharing a minimum exhibit area of 9M2 not permitted. Officially registered company will be considered and listed under the exhibitors list.<\/li>
  • Additional furniture and Fascia\/Logo lettering other than shell schemes is chargeable.<\/li>
  • Payment for additional furniture should be settled directly to the supplier either by TT in advance, by credit card or CAD on setup day.<\/li>
  • Furnished Expo Manual should be submitted to the organizers before 31st August 2024.<\/li><\/ul>

    Payment Terms:<\/strong><\/p>

    IAOM-MEA accepts payment for Expo only by Bank Transfer (TT<\/strong>) and the payments must be settled within 7 working days from the date of invoice. Your expo stand\/space is guaranteed only after receipt of your full payment. Please email your (Swift\/TT) copy to expo@iaom-mea.com<\/strong> in order to send you the Expo Manual and final confirmation. All Bank Transfer payments must include US$ 40 as senders Bank Charges from both sides. Any less payment will be collected upon arrival. Kindly note that the payment for Expo by credit card will be subject to an additional bank charge of 3.5% of total charge (US$ 4,500 + 5% VAT). Any on site payment by credit card will be subject to an additional bank charge of 3.5%.<\/p>

    • Price is exclusive of 5% VAT<\/li>
    • The full Expo payment MUST be settled within 7 working days from the date of our invoice to guarantee the confirmed Expo stand.<\/li>
